This company was bringing in a massive machine! It needed its own foundation to withstand its weight and pressures exerted during operation.
This project involved removal of existing concrete floor, excavation to a depth of 27 inches below top of floor, 3/4" diameter (#6) rebar every 6 inches on center both ways, and concrete placed using a pump truck.
